Branding
Set your company name under Settings → General → Branding: type it in the Company / organisation name field, with the word Assistant fixed beside it. The assistant is then shown to users as “<Your company> Assistant” everywhere a name appears: the sign-in and activation pages, first-run setup, the browser tab, the chat and the admin console, every email it sends (invitations, password resets, sign-in codes, update notices), the API reference, and this help centre, whose articles call your assistant by that name. The card says what is shown today. A name is kept to 80 characters. Leave it unset and a fresh deployment reads as “Naxis Assistant” — or as the company name it was provisioned with, where one was given — so there is nothing to configure to get a working name.
Upload your logo on the same card. It replaces the browser tab icon, the sidebar mark in chat and admin, the sign-in page's mark and the website widget's header, it marks the documents you upload directly, and it becomes the chat-bot's own picture on the messaging platforms that let a bot carry a custom avatar. PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF, under 440 KB — a larger file is refused the moment you pick it, and SVG is not accepted. A square mark reads best across all of those sizes, from a browser tab down to a chat avatar. Your logo is shown exactly as uploaded: the built-in Naxis mark is inverted for dark mode where needed, a customer's own never is.
Pick your two brand colours on the same card: the main colour paints buttons, links, the side rail and the soft glow behind every page; the secondary colour marks citations and highlights. Every shade in between is derived from the two you choose, so any pair reads as one design rather than a recolouring. The pickers repaint the page as you move them, and the choice is kept on Save; Reset to the default colours brings back the Naxis blue and copper. Emails keep the default blue.
Both settings save with the rest of the General tab — the save bar switches from “No unsaved changes” to “Unsaved changes” once you've picked a file or edited the name, and nothing changes until you press Save settings; the new name and mark then repaint at once, and the change is recorded in the audit log. Leaving the logo field untouched keeps whatever is already set; there's no separate “remove logo” action, so replace it by uploading a new image.
Emails carry the logo only once Public address (the card beside Email) holds the address people reach the assistant on — an inbox cannot load a mark from an internal address, so until then the name alone carries the email header.
Branding is cosmetic only — it never changes what the assistant answers, who can ask it, or where its documents come from. It exists purely so the product reads as yours, not as a third-party tool bolted on.
