Using the assistant
For your team
What the people who use the assistant see — share this with your team.
This section is for the people asking Naxis Assistant questions day to day, not the administrators setting it up. It covers what an answer actually shows you, why a question sometimes gets refused instead of guessed at, and how to reach the assistant from a messaging app your organisation has connected as well as from the web.
Every answer, wherever you ask it from, is grounded and access-controlled the same way: cited to the exact passage it came from, and built only from what your account is allowed to see. Nothing here changes what you can see — that's decided by the groups your administrator has put you in.
Start with Using Naxis Assistant if you're new, then Every answer shows its sources to understand what's under an answer.
