Commerce & billing
Stores, subscriptions, invoices and campaigns — the systems that run revenue, connected for grounded answers.
This category connects the systems that run revenue and outreach: storefronts (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento / Adobe Commerce), billing (Stripe, Chargebee) and email marketing (Mailchimp, Brevo, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign). Every one of them is read-only, and every one takes an API key or token minted in the provider's own admin — never a sign-in.
Storefront and billing connectors turn the underlying data into linked records: a product, a customer, an order, an invoice. A question like what did this customer order or which invoices are open answers from the exact rollup rather than a summary. The marketing connectors instead read what already went out — each sent campaign becomes one dated document with its subject and full text, so past announcements are as searchable as any file.
Choosing between them is usually already decided by which platform the business runs on. For all ten, access to the resulting documents is set on the source itself — none of these providers expose a per-item viewer list to mirror, so the groups chosen when the source is created are what decides who can see it.

Why nothing disappears when it ages out
Every connector in this category caps how much history it reads in one sync — orders, invoices, campaigns — and re-reads the most recent slice each time. A record that ages past that cap, or past a marketing connector’s lookback window, is never removed: what already happened stays searchable, only the newest activity keeps refreshing.
