This help centre (and its AI)

Everything in this window is about how Naxis Assistant itself works — it never searches your company documents (that's what the chat is for). Open it from Help at the bottom of the sidebar, in the chat and the console alike. Three ways in:

The small ? marks throughout the product open a short explanation right where you are, with “Learn more” leading back here — in a setup window, straight to that source's or channel's own guide, at the exact section. That's the fastest route in while you're mid-task: a question about a field opens the exact paragraph that answers it, not the outline's top.

And when the docs don't cut it, a human does: “Open a support ticket” under the topics list reaches the people who run the platform, and a red bell beside Help rings when a reply is waiting — see “Support tickets”.

Worked example

Ask the help AI “why did my Jira sync fail?” and it answers from the connector's own article — what a failed Test usually means, the credential it needs, the permission it needs — citing that article rather than guessing. Ask something outside these articles, such as a question about your own documents, and it says so plainly and points you at the chat instead of improvising an answer; report something broken and it points you at the red “Open a support ticket” button rather than an invented address.

This manual is the one published at naxistechnologies.com/docs: your deployment fetches it on its next check-in whenever a newer one is published, so a corrected article reaches you without a software update. A new deployment serves the copy it shipped with until its first check-in; one that cannot reach Naxis keeps the manual it has. The articles are in English and call your assistant by its own name; the AI answers in the language you write in.

The AI answers only from these articles. If something about the product isn't covered, it says so — and if your question is about your own documents, ask in the chat instead.
