Set up Attio (CRM)

Connect Attio to make companies, people and deals searchable — each becomes a record the assistant answers from alongside your documents, holding the current value of every attribute it reads, with each person tied to their company, so “who do we know at this company” and “which deals is this owner working” answer from the CRM itself. Read-only.

Before you start

  1. Documents → Attio, paste the token into Access token.
  2. Choose access groups, Test, then Sync.

What comes in

Access

Access is allow-only: the groups chosen on the source cover everything Attio brings in — Attio exposes no per-record viewers to mirror here.

Each object is capped at 3,000 records per sync, newest-created first; a hit cap is noted in the sync summary, and records already synced stay searchable rather than being treated as deleted. An object the token can't read is skipped with a notice, existing records kept. A sync that can't resolve the workspace id stops rather than risk confusing one workspace's records with another's, and simply runs again next time. Test reads up to ten companies and confirms the connection read-only; a wrong or revoked token reports that Attio rejected the credentials — revoke the token on Attio's side and the next Test says exactly that.
