Getting help

The Help button in the sidebar opens the Help & documentation window: browse the topics, search as you type, or ask the Help AI — a conversation about how the assistant works, grounded in these articles, with citations you can click.

The small ? marks around the app explain the thing they sit next to: a short summary in place, with “Learn more →” opening the full article here.

The left side of the window lists every topic grouped the way this manual is grouped. Click a topic to read it in the panel on the right. The field at the top answers as you type: while your words are still partial it offers completions, and as soon as they match it shows up to six articles with the matching excerpt highlighted — Enter opens the top one. When nothing matches it says so and offers the same words to the Help AI, which reads all the articles at once. Nothing here leaves the window; Escape closes it.

Ask AI

The Ask AI button in the corner opens a conversation separate from your document chat. It answers only from these help articles, never from your organisation's documents; every claim carries a numbered citation, and the number — or the article chip under the reply — opens that article in a window on top, so the conversation stays where it was. Enter sends, Shift+Enter starts a new line, and Clear starts over without closing the window. When the articles don't cover something it says so plainly — “That isn't covered by this help centre yet” — and points you to the chat for document questions, or to a support ticket for something broken. The articles are in English; the Help AI answers in your language. The conversation lives only in your browser; nothing of it is stored beyond the fact that a help question was asked.

Open a support ticket

When the articles and the Help AI haven't solved it, the red Open a support ticket button at the bottom of the topics list reaches a person (it appears when your organisation has a support provider). Choose the kind — Question, Problem, Feature request, Billing & plan, Other — and the urgency, from Low to Critical, give a subject and a description, and confirm the email to reply to; your account's address is filled in. A person reads it, the reply lands under My tickets and at your email, a bell beside Help rings while a reply is waiting, and you answer in the thread. Only administrators are offered the options to let support sign in or read inside the assistant. Say what you were doing and on which page, what you expected and what happened instead, and the exact text of any error message.

Questions about your company's documents belong in the chat itself — this help covers the assistant, not your knowledge base.
