Set up Typeform

Connect Typeform to make survey responses searchable — each form's month becomes one digest document of question/answer pairs, so “what did people say in the churn survey” and “what did respondents ask for in March” answer from the actual responses. Read-only.

Before you start

  1. Generate the token as above.
  2. Documents → Typeform, paste it into Personal access token.
  3. Optionally, under Advanced, paste form links or IDs into Forms to sync only those, and adjust History to sync (days).
  4. Choose access groups, Test, then Sync.

What comes in

FormsOptional — form links (the ID after /form/ is picked out of each) or bare form IDs, one per line; only those forms sync. Blank syncs every form the token's account can see, up to 100 forms.
History to sync (days)How far back responses are read. Blank defaults to 730 days (two years); up to 3,650 can be set. Months already synced stay searchable when they age out of the window.

Access

Access is allow-only: the groups chosen on the source cover every form's digests — Typeform exposes no per-item viewers to mirror here.

Inside the window, the 3,000 newest responses per form are read on a sync, noted in the sync summary when that cap is hit. A month is never synced half-built: the oldest, partially covered month — where the window's boundary falls, or where a hit cap cut in — is left for a later full sync rather than replacing a complete digest with a partial one. Months already synced stay searchable when their responses age out of the window. A listed form the token can't see is skipped with a notice. Test reports how many forms are in scope — with forms listed, it also opens the first one, so a bad token fails here rather than on the sync — and a wrong or revoked token reports that Typeform rejected the credentials.
